FAQ

How do I secure my date? Our calendar fills up QUICKLY so once you have visited our website it is best to submit an inquiry and schedule your free tour! Once we've confirmed that your date is available you can secure that date with a non-refundable $200 initial payment that will be applied to your final invoice!

What if I have to cancel or change the date of my party? All payments received are non-refundable but are transferable within a 6-month period. We understand that things come up and try to be as accommodating and flexible as possible!


What are your set-up and cleaning policies? When you book with us staff will greet you at your contracted start time. Tables and chairs will be arranged for you in our standard set up for 85 guests and all add-on items will be ready for you. When your party has ended you have 30 minutes to take out all of your food, drinks, decorations and trash, as well as cleaning up any messes made in the kitchen. Staff will then lock up and do all of the cleaning for you!

What are your alcohol policies? A Beale Manor RAMP-certified bartender is required to serve all alcohol provided by the client or brought by guests. This service can be booked for a flat rate of $150 for up to 5 hours plus gratuity. We will arrive early to help set up the bar and then must close the bar 45 minutes before the end of your party per venue policy! Our bartenders are happy to help with drink selections and suggestions that will help keep your guests happy and keep your party affordable. In some circumstances BYOB is allowable but we reserve the right to require a bartender whenever alcohol will be on the premise. Bartending services are provided in all of our wedding packages and our couples LOVE it!
